any information/conspiracy about the she-she-she camps government program for unemployed women in the Depression?

SS: i wonder what kind of psyop happened in those camps, the US run illegal operations on normal population, imagine what they do to a population under their direct control and outside of the view of society. The Civilian Conservation Corps is it’s counter-part for only men that are shipped to rural areas/forest to develop the lands, somebody please look into this.
