    And??? How many of the January 6 defendants were facing attempted murder charges???

    It is pretty normal for someone who is facing life in prison to be put on suicide watch. It’s not 100% automatic, but it is pretty common. The reason is obvious – if you are never going to see the outside world again, you have a higher than average risk of committing suicide.

    What the judge actually meant: “I’m sorry you were treated like a mentally deranged criminal instead of the hero that I wholeheartedly believe you are, and I’m very sorry that you failed in your noble endeavor. This has been a paid statement brought to you by the Soros Foundation (for way less money than you’d ever believe).”
