There’s a HUGE difference between these albums.
Paul McCartney would later disavow the Beatles’ art, calling it juvenile and in poor taste.
HOWEVER not a **single** member of Funkadelic has gone on record denying child cannibalism.
IN FACT the average family has 1.78 kids while the average funk musician has 3.2 kids (due to laying so much pipe).
WHEREAS the average Funkadelic band member? Only 2.2 kids.
Statistically, each Funkadelic has feasted on the flesh of one child.
It is however possible but unlikely that either some of them don’t eat kids or one of them ate a BUNCH of kids. Obviously no serious people subscribe to those less likely scenarios.
This seems to be more of a statement about the power structure in America. I don’t believe it is endorsing cannibalism.
Is this not about the United States sending teenagers to die in Vietnam for fun and profit?
