Relevance is the recent UK local elections and surge in Reform party. The NHS has a lot of workers who are immigrants.

Doctors should be able to refuse to treat patients who are not under influence or experiencing mental health conditions but are violent/racist towards them.
Deporting every Reform voter is the moderate position.
