Could the modern education system, through techniques of behavioral conditioning (such as rigid schedules, reward and punishment systems, and a "poisoned pedagogy" that builds a "social superego"), function as a mass psychological operation (psyop) aimed at producing docile, conformist, and hierarchical individuals—shaping them for specific labor roles and ensuring the perpetuation of the existing social order, rather than forming critical and free-thinking citizens?

Why not instead of a question you just state it as something you believe and defend it with examples. Because as you wrote it I would simply say no.
