If the voters aren’t good enough to make change on their own, then we should be asking *why* they’re not good enough. Is there fraud *[running just about the entirety of CA&NY]*? If not, it’s just folks going to the same restaurant every election and ordering the same plate. People in these places are largely just electing what TV tells them to elect.
