A bit of clickbait since the Socialists in Spain aren't actually democratic socialists but pro-establishment centre-left social democrats.
Still a historic debacle in Andalusia, Spain's historic Socialist stronghold, especially in the rural areas (Andalusian cities have always been & still are very right-wing).
The actual democratic socialists parties are Adelante Andalucía & Por Andalucía.
The right-wing PP & Vox will form a coalition government once again.

Sánchez will drag the entire PSOE party down before fucking off to whatever else after the next national elections. Playing the “Vox, Vox, Vox” card won’t work again after he did a complete about-face on giving amnesty to the Catalan separatists once he realized he needed their votes for his governing coalition, and even if it did, PSOE will continue to hemorrhage support at the community and municipal level like they’ve done in the past years. I sure don’t envy whomever replaces him, because their entire career will likely just be dedicated to rebuilding the PSOE party instead of any real hopes of getting back into power.
