Unfortunately, its a time tested method of significantly reducing the population. a wealthy group of people who openly talk about having an ultimate goal of reducing the population is in charge of it.
Yes to all of your ideas about how to run elections. But registering for the draft has always been automatic. The person may think they have a choice, but they don’t. I forget how they got us. I think when you got your 18+ driver’s license it was just automatic. Never occurred it wouldn’t be. Besides, if you ban AIPAC and all other foreign entities from participating in American decision making, the problem solves itself. The last time the draft was used domestically was the Civil War.
