Rule 10 Submission Statement: The Trump administration wants all federal employees to sign non-disclosure agreements. I feel like you probably wouldn't need to require every single government employee to sign an NDA, if what you're doing is in compliance with the law and in the best interest of the United States.

I think federal workers already have to sign NDAs. That’s been in place since at least the Reagan Administration.
