A no brainer.
Need to ban phones and tablets too. Go back to book focused.

Good luck. My husband is a network engineer and we have been playing wackamole with YouTube.
My kid keeps finding creative ways around our blockade. We use apple’s screentime settings as well as blocking devices at the router level too. He figured out the password for screentime by looking at my phones reflection at the window. He figured if he directly connects the Apple TV’s hdmi cable to the tv then the Apple TV isn’t blocked so he would set an alarm at two am and go move hdmi cables around to watch YouTube, he figured out the control panel of our rv runs on android and he can reset it with the little pin hole at the bottom and get access to YouTube, he found an old phone that we have forgotten about, found a charger for it at a garage sale and charged it to access YouTube. It’s just non stop!!!!
