Russian hybrid warfare continues. They’ve used nerve agents to poison their own opposition leaders (2024), polonium (2006) and nerve agents to poison dissidents in the UK (2018). Poison gas against trenches in Ukraine and now opiods. It’s what they did with ricin in the cold war (Markov in 1978) and whilst they changed the names of their system, there’s no real change in their attitude today.
