Cuba has run out of diesel and oil. The blockade's effectiveness is due to the island's dependence on imported oil, mostly from Venezuela and Mexico. These are not ordinary times by any means. They are going full steam ahead towards the North American technate.
We are currently in full scale war against two countries, one of which is next door, being starved of fuel. A third is in a partial state of war with a captured leader. A fourth and fifth are being threatened with annexation. The timeline is getting compressed.
