Sometimes writing stuff down helps me stop thinking about it. Sometimes that stuff is compromising to others. Ever since a company I worked for gave me shit for writing down who’s fkn who…which like, EVERYONE already knew, I started writing that stuff in code. Really pissed them off too because they knew what it was but couldn’t read it if they peaked at my journal.
Why did I need to write that down specifically? It’s kinda hard to focus on your job when everyone in the office is hooking up with everyone.

This looks like the writings of a guy in the Portland area. If it’s not, look up the Apple Bandit in the Portland sub and you’ll find some similarities.
Looks like some notes and/or rough drafts for a new legal doctrine/constituion. Would make sense to leave things out making it seem far more disorganized or rather encoded than it is to protect ideas and to prevent treason charges. Ever try to write a constitution? Pretty hard tbf…
