I’ve swayed back and forth for years, but have come to the conclusion he is guilty.
You don’t gather that much heat without something sticking – look at his own sister’s accusations, and many, many, more.
I do think a few accusations are false, and that has muddied the waters, so to say. He was also very mentally unwell, locked in a childlike state almost which adds to people’s plausible deniablity – like my own for many years.
He did stuff, he had too, and his estate have tried there best to protect him from it, even posthumously. But importantly, he was smarter than someone just locked in a childlike state, and seemed to capitalise on it.
Why just boys? Why always between a certain age? Why the alarms?

I really want to believe that Michael just wanted to provide kids with a childhood he couldn’t have. I won’t deny that he went about it in a way that deservedly does invite scrutiny. I will accept the truth if it really does come out that he was a bad person. But, what parent would allow to put their child in such a situation? When I was a child, I would have loved to hang out with him, but I doubt my father would have let me unless he was there. We may never know, and that is what makes this so decisive.

There’s a strong possibility that because he was buying huge amounts of catalogs and becoming bigger than just an artist that they wanted to take him down. The music industry is dirty. Fucking weird dude worshipped as a god but I don’t believe he banged kids. But it was still highly inappropriate to befriend children and have sleepovers. The parents are actually the worst in all this. It’s their job to protect kids and even if it was a really fun fenerous celebrity it’s still fucking weird for a grown man to wanna hang with kids.
