SS: I saw that one of the conditions of the leaked peace memo involves a central bank and I’m wondering if it always had one. It was one of the countries that wasn’t under control of a certain banking cartel and it would make sense that peace deal involves Iran coming into the fold. The war makes more sense if that is the case
