    Stupid

But since we are on this topic I am of the opinion any form of sexual assault is usually not punished enough and a lot less harsh in contrast to more ‘minor’ crimes that seem to be punished more harshly

It does seem to be a lot of rapes end up around 4-10 years and usually let off early and reoffenders or a low conviction rate. Police can give all the evidence and arguments in the world and sometimes a judge will give a pretty light sentence in contrast to the crime

Prime evidence of this was the judge who gave a slap on the wrist to three teenage boys who gang raped two girls on two different occasions and recorded it with them saying they enjoyed it and planned it, like seriously it does sometimes seem theres something fundamentally wrong with the court system
