No, this is just complete bullshit. It’s extremely favorable terms to them far from an unconditional surrender. The further talk of the regime already being changed is just straight bullshit, majority of their leadership is the same and the ones who were killed were already replaced by the same types, their military is not completely destroyed or we would not be doing this shit.
