I struggle to imagine Rubio winning the nomination. I kind of picture him like the Deep from The Boys and Trump just admits he has him around just to make his life miserable and humiliate him.
Even if he ran for it, I don’t think I’ve seen a less convincing sycophant in the Trump administration. Everytime he is in public he sounds like and looks like he wants to kill himself.

Trump will sabotage any primary candidate that doesn’t bow down to him.
So my guess the only one with enough political to withstand that and win would be desantis
But in this scenario I think ossof would carry Georgia and NC which means a dem victory
