We want to believe that giving them homes will make them productive members of society, but that does not seem to be the case for people whose minds have been completely blasted by Fent/Xylazine or were already severely schizophrenic.
Like, yes there do exist homeless people with jobs, and are just living in their cars and maybe saving money. But these aren’t the homeless people causing problems.
