I didnt really want to want to watch this but i did earlier and it was actually very good. Basically confirms a lot of what strong towns / urbanist types already knew- your average suburban area isn’t actually paying enough to cover their sprawl no matter how much they whine about their high taxes. Hits on why everyone should be a land value tax disciple toward the end. It was a good video
