    Not really. The Court is saying that Election Day is one day, and on that one day you have to vote. If you voted by mail, your vote must be postmarked by Election Day. The obvious problem is how easy it might be to postmark a bunch of fraudulent votes and get them into the count. This isn’t going to change anything one way or another. It does give cover to votes that somehow arrive *after* Election Day that are postmarked on or before Election Day.
