I haven’t read the full decisions yet, but kavanaugh’s made the most sense to me. Obviously the constitution covers if you’re legally born here like the majority said. But it seems Congress would have the power to figure out other cases like birth tourism. Because it’s Congress it means the president can’t do it via order so Trump was losing regardless, but just because Trump can’t do it doesn’t mean Congress can’t.
