Honestly I’m not sure how it got this far in the first place. The man had a Waffen-SS Division insignia tattooed on his chest for years. It’s not as if it was something that they adopted from local or regional customs either. The 3rd Reich had some sharp looking uniforms, and the SS was preeminent among them, but getting a tattoo like that goes beyond even Wehraboo levels.
