These 2 npc’s : the ice cream truck clown and the hot dog seller- why do they seem like cħiľð trafi\*\*ers ? Or am I overthinking? I guess gta Sa was way ahead of its time and gave us small hints of the crimes that the elites were doing with the innocents. (The recent files.. ahem)
“1 foot of pure meat” – it seems like they are talking about “pure” (children) and they are being “e\*ten??”
“Come on kids. Straight from the cooler”??? – again this seems like doing things/or storing to children. I dont wanna type everything: but understand the hidden meanings. This game is hiding details very subtly if we dig around.

I’m pretty sure “1 foot of pure meat” is referring to a a dudes dick, not “pure children”.
