Would be a shame if she was blacklisted from ever returning to the US. Real shame indeed.
Blacklist her passport and send her home. She can never enter the US again and that’s after facing jail time here in the States and paying restitution to the girl.
That includes permanent no-fly list in all 50 US states. She shouldn’t be able to connect through the US to get anywhere anymore.
