America has socialism for the rich, and rugged individualism for everyone else.
You can’t have a successful communist nation when there’s an outside main poking at you the whole time, like USSR and Cuba.
You’re supposed to have all the resources you need, San advanced economy, and those countries just jumped the gun.
But Nixon opened China up to America, and set the stage for its rise.

Communism isn’t real and mostly used for Fascist control.
The key to Communism is the dissolving of the state and that has happened exactly no where.
At best any Communist attempt was started with the right intentions, Pol Pot was literally just using Pirate tactics on land, the rest, and most, have been Communist to get the general populace to accept fascism.
Barring the Current Chinese System which is not Communist and not so fascist but closer to fascist than Communist.
