They would have a really hard time getting the hand implant by anyone calling themselves a Christian. The declared use is exactly what the Bible warns of and I don’t think many people would be comfortable receiving “the mark” in order to buy or sell regardless of other benefits
Edited to add: Actually I could totally see that happening given things are the way they are now. If you would have told anyone 10 years ago in America that what’s going on right now was their future they would think you were crazy and it impossible to happen
