Interesting article about the cat and mouse game between Europe and the cocaine smugglers, one that europe is not exactly winning. It’s quite impressive just how many techniques the cocaine smugglers have found to bring their product into the EU, to such a degree that supply outstrips demand and prices are dropping even as purity rises. Ultimately such problems need to be tackled both at supply and demand levels or we’ll never get anywhere.
