insd job?

took this pic a couple weeks ago on Rt. 1 SB in Delaware around Smyna.

It was a 3 car convoy.

Obviously traveling together.

The 2 white SUVs were identical. NY license plates and FDNY CHIEF lettering on the side, along with emergency lights on top.

The 3rd car, the black Range Rover, also had a NY license plate, only it read ‘INSD JOB’

Any thoughts on wtf this
