Here are some selections from the SPARS report. I have highlighted just a few things like the fact that this was published in 2017, that they anticipated vaccine injuries (and public fallout), a lack of cohesive understanding among the general public due to the “echo chamber” and then the aftermath, which includes officials on trial and an investigation on our government being involved in a lab leak.
Some people, myself included, tried to share this and other scenarios (See: Bill Gates’ Event 201) as far back as 2020 and we were called names, told we were spreading “conspiracy theories”, told it was “dangerous misinformation”, etc.
Since Saint Fauci pled the fifth over 100 times this week in Senate hearings regarding the origins of the virus, maybe some of the things the “crazy conspiracy theorist anti-vaxxers” were just trying to point out should be considered and revisited.

Psss…if they had a secret plan they wouldn’t publish it.
It is well known that these agencies are funded to create plans for possible scenarios. We have plans in the government for all types of events – nuclear war, aliens, ground invasions, mass power outages, riot, etc. Doesn’t mean they are going to happen.
There was a specific Covid response plan built under Obama because scientists study this stuff and warned that it’s a very real possibility that a pandemic is possible…because they study and monitor the evolution of diseases and how it would impact our interconnected world. That plan was thrown out by Trump and had to be rewritten.

Hell, I went to a leadership conference where we had to organize from a list of 20 items which would be the most effective to help us if we crash landed on the moon. Then they compared our list to a list made by leading NASA scientists. Scientists do this stuff. Government buildings are full of operating procedures for fictional futuristic events that they hope to never have to use.
Does you family have a plan? Even as simple as “here’s what you do if there is a fire in the house”? Do you then screech that there is a conspiracy when mom burns the pot roast and the fire department shows up?
I just made a disaster recovery plan for the company. If an outage happens, it certainly has to mean that I was to blame for that outage?
