How long until this becomes the only way to use an iPhone? The models will become more prohibitively expensive that people will resort to leasing.

You will own nothing and be happy. They told us their plan out loud as required by their religion and nobody did anything to stop them.

  1. Imagine where eventually in life, life itself is the subscription. A drunk thought i had one time. But depending on your income, you can either have the basic, bronze, silver, gold & platinum tiers. All of your money goes to the man. In return, you get subsidized. Free food to a certain limit, cheaper gas, health care, housing, etc. Once everything is privately owned, and you are now happy. You lease it all. We already do it with vehicles, cell phone plans, healthcare plans, online subscriptions, bow cellphones and computers, mortgages. What if one day it was absolutely everything?

  2. If it’s the latest greatest phone with ability to switch yearly.

i might pay 18 if it means having the latest phone

  3. Remember when they used to say communism is bad cos you won’t own anything? Funny that.

  4. Imagine a life where we don’t rely on a monopoly to supply us, where we don’t even want the things they’re selling, imagine we go back to our community driven roots without this technocratic overlay. It’ll be so much better, so much more fulfilling, and eventually these piss ants will go away.
