She did have it wrong. I never believed for a sec it was vandalism. I’m sorry folks, but it was clear that the job was going to be subpar work. They sprayed it, drove over it even, and then quickly filled it and expected the spray job not to fail? I dont like the left as much as most of us but to charge this guy was just BS.
