this is Joshua Ryne Goldberg. He was an Orange Park, Florida resident arrested in 2015 for posing online as an ISIS-linked jihadist ("Australi Witness"), encouraging attacks including the Garland Texas shooting, and distributing bomb-making instructions for a planned pressure-cooker device at a Kansas City 9/11 memorial. He pleaded guilty and received a 10-year sentence.
