That last line is poetic even if you spent one line too many setting it up. Narc, soc, psych. We need a bit of that blood to overthrow it
Some would call it a defective prefrontal cortex. Obviously, if one raises their voice to another, they are already Operating from a lower state. If one expects the other to not respond the same way, they would be wrong. They will respond in the same energy. That’s resonance. A mirror.
For someone to overcome responding to a narcissist or even perhaps responding to someone trying to paint someone as a narcissist even, the best thing to do is not engage. Ultimately that leaves no resonance to fire back on them from yourself, but elsewhere. That’s universal law.
That’s why to control the way you react to things is the power people must work on.
if you can’t do that.. then every time something happens, YOU are either gonna be painted as the narcissist for defending yourself, or you will label another as the same because the way they operate makes you uncomfortable. And vice versa.
The friction of People like that could either sharpen you or tear you down.
Narcissists are mainly a product of the society they are brought up in, Have worked with them and had enough understanding to know how to deal with them
as someone with a narc “mom”, she is the only super crazy one. i was the worst off but i fixed it. its not brain chemistry, its bottled trauma energy. it is stored in your body and once it gets strong enough it rules them. if a narc or anyone can look at their entire early childhood and be ok with it then they are healed. it running away from it that causes a problem. they want everyone else to fix them, but only they can. thus they get stuck in a loop. i can understand why people would think its a genetic thing, as being raised by a narc will absolutely drive you nuts. its like a curse. my siblings are female so they didnt get it nearly as bad since its males dear mother had a bit of a grudge towards. no curse there, they are ok.
