Phones caused a mass disconnection with reality. Soxial media takes advantage of our natural social functions and hyperinflates them

Tbf people were talking about this before Covid. Social media and widespread access to the internet has damaged human society. Covid just accelerated it.
And the ones that refuse being a fake friend can’t find similar people regardless of there integrity. But I still continue being me the best I can.
