Polls are irrelevant in jurisdictions that allow ballot harvesting.
Ballot harvesting allows the politicians to collect the votes that they specifically desire. This is the antithesis of polling.

It would be good for California to get a Republican in there.
But I would expect to see if it is close on election day, they will have several weeks to make sure the Democrat wins before the election count is really over.
