it is an interesting dual pronged effect
for me, AI is a much cheaper solution for executing on lower level grunt work / brute forcing some somewhat nuanced tasks i’d typically save for myself
on the other hand, hiring entry level has been… bad. the capabilities of fresh grads has dropped a lot maybe in part to their dependence on AI

I’m curious if this is all AI, or this is just an extension of hiring freezes during covid and realizing entry level jobs don’t increase productivity because of how much time it takes to train and how many mistakes they make?
