This is the conspiracy about the Mandela effect whistleblower from August 21st 2016.
Back in August of 2016, an anonymous person made a thread on the online 4chan forums, claiming to be a scientist responsible for the Mandela effect.
This video previews all of the questions he was asked as well as all of the answers.
The scientist is describing a narrative where our reality is one singular Finite timeline being manipulated over time by singular changes, hence the changes being made singular quote * I believe that the interface changes could be about where our consciousness connects into the body, which previously was the solar plexus, and now is probably the brain. But in order to accommodate this, they had to rewrite the brain to make it so it could handle the interface change.
