Especially when their reforms put the country backwards
So their reasoning is; if they are losing the majority of common sense cases brought to the Supreme Court, they want to pack the court with activist judges that will decide in their favor.
Typical democrat and liberal. If they can’t get their way, they find a way to rig it in their favor. Just like they did with elections and mail-in ballots.
