Dems do NOT want mail-in ballots affected. It’s their only lifeline left to ensure ballot harvesting can continue. If they lose that, it’s over. California could even possibly become purple if they lose ballot harvesting. It’s why they’re moving heaven and earth to prevent this from going through.
It’s their last stand.
