The UK is now a leader in drone warfare, with Ukraine using UK heavy drones used in tasks including rescue of wounded soldiers and advanced partial stealth mid range carbon drones as well as longer raneg drones and British Storm Shadow missiles used in attacking harder targets needed to defend Ukraine.
Russia continues to try to follow its failing “escalate to deescalate” strategy by attacking various NATO targets such as Leipzig Airport, Polish and Romanian internal targets with drones and threatening the UK. In the meantime, the growing support for Ukraine is an obvious consequence of Russian actions.
The spirit is willing, but the purse is weak.

Fuel reserves are vital for opening up a new front, this was the advice A.H. was given against going to war – advice ignored of course, as always, because HE was the elected messageboy. What the hell could the brass and the front line leaders possibly know?
A shitload of fuel was involved in moving seven figures of people and their stuff to Berlin. Unless a man is himself a trucker or train/boat/station/port worker, there is a certain IQ cutoff point where people can’t think about logistics *at all.* You try to tell them about logistics and they act like you’re wasting their time with bullshit – wars are won and lost on logistics.
The way Russian boats don’t float also hinders any plans involving the British Isles.
Years ago, they had a chance to stop the war, and the UK said they wanted it to continue
It’s been clear for decades. What’s different now is that Europe and especially the UK have weakened themselves so much as to make it so much easier for Putin.
This could work out for Britain. Go to war with Putin, take immigrant population and ship them to the Russian front to fight for King & Country. Two birds, one stone.
