so my theory is that they changed these hiring practices specifically to be able hire a certain person or persons. I don't really know who that may be. or maybe they changed it retroactively because that person has already been hired. or maybe that person is already heading it…just a theory.
but this is a weird move.

at least the draw the line at being busted for prostitution 3 times, got to have limits.

So now your allowed to have paid for a prostitute but before it was no you can’t if you have? Sorry I’m just not really understanding because I had no idea this was even a real requirement
