National Security Adviser Wi Sung-lac recently met with reporters and stated, “Since the expression of the two Koreas as ‘two states’ differs from our perspective, we have seriously raised the issue with the Chinese side.”

Huh? Kim has repeatedly said recently that he doesn’t view reunification as a goal. Yeah yeah I know about tapping the sign, but that’s a pretty strong reversal of 70 years of policy which you usually don’t do as a bluff
