Sadly Los Angeles voters have to choose between her and DSA candidate Nithiya Raman come November. It’s just like the NY mayoral race where there was a Hobson’s choice between Cuomo and Mamdani. A vote for Bass is a necessary evil in order to prevent a Raman victory, who has promised to ban barbecues and close multilane boulevards to replace them with bike lanes only a couple of people use.
