I went through the FBI documents on the JDL and Tupac and discovered that a the man responsible for the JDL extorting Tupac was Mike Klein who also had ties to the Israeli Mafia and the Mossad. Klein had a Nation Of Islam enforcer named Captain Shaheed Muhammad who matches witness descriptions of the killers of Biggie and Tupac. full receipts in this video.
