In 2001 shortly before 9/11 an x files offshoot called the lone gunmen, its pilot episode was about a remote controlled plane being flown into the wtc and blamed on terrorists
If any show had stuff that the government put in as predictive programing, I think it would be X-files.

It was also flight 265 and 265 people died on the 4 planes. I thought it was interesting that around the same time the episode aired the complete Operation Northwoods documents were also published.
