toronto housing market is brutal (for sellers). im pretty sure if u control for inflation housing prices r cheaper than 2018 or so ??
this is very significant as Canada is considered a neoliberal country whose main issue was the housing crisis. If this continues for a few years, this problem may self resolve. Really good for us.
