No countries actually have basic income, many has universal minimum income.
Alaska has UBI. UAE may have it but for an ethnic group only. Trump's fav country Israel and Cyprus have minimum income. I think Spain and Ireland have minimum income, and Greeks might have that.
Icelandic welfare depends on budget/region/mood. If they are on the right mood they will imprison any bankster and throw away the key and give citizens ubi.
