Thats an independant contractor who sells/services Dish, OnTech. They likely took a bid to put up cameras.
Flock, like every great tech company, utilizes contractors for any shred of manual labor so they don’t have to actually pay an employee and provide benefits.
Atleast until they finish their robots.
