Throughout this day don’t fall for the liberals “why can’t we be united like we were then” schtick. It never really happened. I was stuck in a hotel room for three days trying to get back across country and had nothing to do but watch this unfold. The personal and political attacks on GWB began just after noon on 9/11 and never stopped. Then the hypocrisy of Schumer and Pelosi and the others lining up for a blood drive and singing the national anthem. It was sickening and self serving.
